P4
stillwiki
a self-hostable markdown knowledge base where drafts stay private until a reviewer publishes them.

a knowledge base that treats markdown as the source format and a database as the index, not the other way around. formerly md-kb.
features
- per-user drafts, so people can write without publishing.
- review-gated publishing: an article goes live when a reviewer approves it.
- admin settings for categories, roles, and site options.
- optional ai assistance for summarising and tagging, off by default.
why
most internal wikis make editing feel like filling in a form. i wanted the writing experience of a text editor with the guardrails of a review process, deployable by one person on supabase’s free tier.
the demo is the real app with the backend swapped for an in-memory copy. you are signed in as an admin, so the editor, review, history and settings are all open. it resets when you close the tab.
